A: SMEOCEAN's anchor chain factory is located in the beautiful coastal city of Qingdao, with an annual production capacity of 20,000 to 50,000 tons. We offer U2 and U3 grades of anchor chain in sizes from 12.5 mm to 122 mm. We also have surface treatment and heat treatment facilities, a technical center, and a testing center. A: Yes, the factory is ISO9001 certified. We are also certified by more than ten classification societies, including Lloyd's Register (LR), China Classification Society (CCS), American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), and Det Norske Veritas (DNV).

A: SMEOCEA is a high-tech enterprise, investing 10% of its annual sales revenue in product and technology research and development. We have our own R&D department, which allows us to meet customer product design requirements. We also have a technical center, eliminating the need for third-party testing. We can perform a variety of tests, including tensile testing, breaking and impact testing, low-temperature testing, carbon powder testing, ultrasonic testing, and hardness testing.

A: Yes, we do. We can also customize products based on drawings. We have customized offshore anchors for aquaculture clients, designed and customized cage-specific mooring plates for cage manufacturers, customized chain stoppers for offshore oil platforms, and custom-made elephant leg hardware for industrial clients. We have our own welding, forging, and casting facilities, and we can customize all metal components.

A: SME is a group company with two subsidiaries. One is SMEOCEAN, which specializes in anchor chains and mooring products, serving industries such as aquaculture, marine engineering, shipbuilding, and offshore platforms. Another company is SMEMACH, which specializes in custom metal castings and forgings. Its ADI technology is currently leading in China, primarily serving industries such as EMUs, automobiles, construction vehicles, agricultural machinery, and forestry machinery.

A: We have regular stock of 12.5–122 mm marine anchor chains in our Qingdao warehouse, ensuring fast delivery. Since our customers typically place annual orders, we offer rolling delivery and can accommodate expedited orders without any price increase.

A: We accept T/T (30% advance payment + 70% against a copy of the bill of lading). Letters of credit at sight (L/C at sight) are also acceptable.

A: We can provide a free 0.5 m sample chain (including a copy of the certificate), freight collect. For large orders, electronic copies of the first mechanical property report and classification society certificate can also be provided.

A: Within 24 months of shipment, if breakage or severe corrosion occurs, we will cover the return, exchange, replacement, and round-trip shipping costs. For major disputes, we can invite a third-party classification society for re-inspection, with the costs borne by the responsible party.

A: Our anchor chain products are packaged internationally, suitable for 60-day sea transport. Qingdao Port offers 700 weekly routes, offering CIF/CFR shipping to over 300 ports worldwide. We also offer LCL for small orders, reducing customer logistics costs by 8–12%.
